Question: Can I ship my order to a different address?
Answer: If you are paying your online order via Paypal, we will only ship to confirmed addresses to reduce the risk of fraud. If you are paying with Western Union Quick Collect, we will ship your order to anywhere (in the Continental U.S.) you specify.

Question: What is your Paypal payment e-mail address?
Answer: You can manully send payment to: paypal@aonetire.com.

Question: When will my order ship and how long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: Your order usally ships the next day business day via Fedex or UPS Ground, unless it is a special order. Once shipped it can take upto 5-6 days to reach you. We will e-mail you the tracking information when we have it available.

Question: What is your shipping and handling charges?
Answer: Shipping and handling charges are calculated by our Shopping Cart. Simply fill-in your shipping information, and the shopping cart will display the charges. Note: Do not click on "Place Order" at the final screen.

Question: Do I have to pay any Sales Tax?
Answer: All California Residents are automatically charged a 7.75% Sales Tax by the Shopping Cart system on every order. All other states are tax exempt.

Question: What is your ordering policy?
Answer: No returns or cancellation on special orders. (For example: drilled or specialty gold or chrome plated wheels). All returns or cancellations subject to shipping and handling charge and a 25% cancellation fee of the total amount. Shopping cart will calculate the shipping and handling charges. No Warranty on Gold. Customer pays shipping and handling both ways on all warranties.
